Here at AJC we are determined to beat the "CrossFit Bad Stigma".
We fully understand that there is a right and wrong way to do the exercises and unfortunately those who do movements wrong can end up with an injury. This is why we have made it our priority to focus on the basic movements with proper form before even adding a weight on. Our Level One CrossFit coaches are trained to look for bad form while warming up and prepping movements for the workouts and then also during the workout itself. They will be willing to work with you one on one to help you achieve your perfect form.
