conditioning, longevity, rehab and just looking great.
Every client will be taught the importance of Resistance Training, Cardiovascular/Respiratory conditioning, Proper Nutrition and Supplementation. ALL ARE REQUIRED & NECESSARY FOR THE BETTER OF YOUR DEVELOPMENT.
Each
session is one full hour.
One complimentary session is given to each new client to evaluate the
trainer/client relationship in a normal workout session.
A minimum of ten sessions is required for all new clients signing up.
After the first ten sessions have expired you may choose any amount of sessions
to continue on with your training.
Cost per session - $85.00
Cost for 15 session pkg - $1125.00 ......... $150.00 dollar discount
Cost for 20 session pkg - $1300.00 ......... $400.00 dollar discount, Each
session following a 20 session pkg will be priced at $65.00 a session.
Cost for 60 session pkg - $3300.00 ......... $1800.00 dollars off at original session price $85.00. Each
session following a 60 session pkg will be priced at $55.00 a session.
