Cinco Du Mayo Duathlon Stillwater, MN.
Kate, Anna and Kevin all competed in their first Duathlon on Saturday morning, all did a wonderful job and Anna who doesn't like running around the block decided the night before she was in ... Her first run was definitely a challenge, but she persevered and completed her first Duathlon. I am very pleased with all of them for stepping out of their comfort zone (BMX Racing) and challenging their fitness in other sports and activities ... awesome performance.
